Pay to Participate

Pay to participate contributions are used for the upkeep of athletic facilities,

equipment, uniform purchases, and Coaches salaries.

Sports fees

● First Sport $75

● Second Sport $75

● Third Sport $75

● Family Cap $225

For the second and third sport of participation in the SAME school year.

All Pay to Participate fees must be paid to Shepherd Christian Athletics prior to the first contest of the participating season. Failure to pay prior to the first context will result in holding that participant out of the contest until payment is rendered.

Exceptions and PTP Fee Caps

● A $225 family cap will be in place for any family where multiple children participate in athletics.

OSHAA physical evaluation forms 2025-2026   

● Refunds for PTP fees will only be granted retroactively to a student-athlete that suffers a season-ending injury. Student-athletes that either quit the team, or are removed from the team for eligibility or disciplinary purposes will not be refunded.
